Academics Committee

Each committee has a head and assistant head. The head is decided thru an election which held at the end of the previous year. The assistant head on the other hand is voted during the first general assembly by the committee members.

The members of each committee are expected to participate in all the activities of their respective committees.

ACADEMICS COMMITTEE

The academics committee is the one in charge of two of the major projects of the organization, Mission Possible and Mac Gyver Contest. Also, it takes care of the book lending and the tutorials.

 

FINANCE COMMITTEE

The finance committee is considered the center of the organization, because without it no project will be possible. But then it has the most difficult role, because it deals with the org's money. It is in charge of the Food Sale.

 

LOGISTICS COMMITTEE

The logistics committee is in charge of keeping and buying the supplies needed by the organization. Also, it is in charge with reserving rooms for general assemblies.

 

PUBLIC RELATIONS

The public relations committee is the one who is responsible for the org tours during ORSEM. Also, it is the one who is in charge with the emcees and group dynamics for the assemblies.

 

SECRETARIAT

The secretariat committee is in charge for the SamPA board found at EDSA walk. Also, it is the one in charge for all the organization's paperwork.
